About the Book
I created Fatal Flaws with a desire to create beautiful female portraits with one unusual detail that makes you stop to take a second look. I hope to communicate that a photo can be aesthetically pleasing, but be more than “just pretty” – a subtext can lie beneath the surface simultaneously. This series showcases a collection of fictional heroines, each starring in her own fairy tale. Though attractive, each character is uniquely flawed. The premise, though predominantly humorous, contains just a hint of caution. I intend for the viewer to enjoy themselves in finding the visual clues to the character’s flaw, while taking a lighthearted look at flaws and vices, both classic and modern.
