About the Book
Nature calls me, especially birds. Art calls me, especially photography. Marrying the two was the natural thing to do. In six months of nature photography I've only had a modest taste of what Puerto Rico has to offer. There are over 300 species of birds, endemic, native and migratory; to this date I've had the privilege to photograph only a handful.
Before I forget, the name Pajarazzi, is a worge from "Pájaro", which means bird in Spanish and Paparazzi. My husband, Juan Carlos, in all his glorious wittiness came up with it a few months ago. I looked it up, no one seems to be using it, and so, for now it is why I call myself when I stalk birds.
