Desert Oasis, that's what I really think about this area. From the fantastic and diverse geology to the well-rounded weather, the Columbia River Plateau is truly an oasis in the desert. I hope you enjoy viewing these photographs as much as I have enjoyed capturing them.

I decided to start my adventure in photography in March of 2004. My first weapon of choice was the Olympus D560Z, a wonderful point and shoot digital camera that my wife got me for my birthday. The little camera sparked my imagination and after a year of experimentation, the spark became a flame. Three years later and I am now armed with a Canon 30D and a host of lenses covering all focal lengths. I have had work featured on the front of Weekly Shot, File Magazine, Flak Photo and the Washington State Tourism website.
