Halloween comes by once a year, giving the local Kona community the chance to dress up as their favorite character and to have fun. Certain bars in downtown Kailua Kona village, like Huggo's On The Rocks, Lulu's, Ocean's Sports Bar, and others become the place see and to be seen.
This collection of photographs cover a four year period, from 2004 thru 2007. And as you can see over the years that some people time and time again create some incredible costumes.
We await with eagerness to see how elaborate the costumes will be by the such as Heidi, Noe Noe, Molly, and others. Some are very sexy, some theatical, and some are just obsurd.
But its always fun, and everyone has a very good time.
