This was my adventrue one beautiful fall day. I started at Jay Cooke Park in Duluth and followed it to Thompson Dam at Thompson, Minnesota. The road through Jay Cooke was newly paved and there were lots of trails to go on and lots of beautiful colors. You can follow along the river for miles and go across several bridges, including the famous 'swinging bridge' in the Park.
