A collection of approximately 80 photographs taken throughout America. The images portray an interest in social documentation, showing the effects of advertising, cultural icons, and graffiti upon the contemporary landscape. Many of the images also reflect the pervasive nature of sexual imagery in advertising and display, and the nature and content of indigenous graffiti that reflects the values and attitudes of a segment of our local communities. At times humorous, and at times frightening, these photographs reflect the oft-neglected visual aspects of our urban culture.
