About the Book
A photographic exploration of Café Sez in Ledbury, Herefordshire by photographer Ade Fishpool.
with thanks to Pascal, Janie, the staff and customers
"In July 2007 I took over Café Sez with my wife Janie and brought traditional French baking to Ledbury. I am originally from Reims and grew up in the Champagne region of France which is in the north-east of the country. I came to England, via Germany, in 1989 after completing my National Service in the French Army. It is rumoured that I was sent from France to England as punishment for not drinking red wine or eating cheese. Who am I to argue with that!" Pascal
