About the Book
“Don’t mess with dinner.” That was repeated often in our home before it was an ad slogan.
Bill and I grew up in homes where sitting down together for dinner was central to the family.
We continue to believe dinner together each day to be basic.
Many of my classes were menu based. Before a dish went on the lesson plan, it was prepared and taste-tested by my family. I wanted feedback. This meant everyone ate everything and offered their opinion. Those years of sold-out classes depended on my Taste Panel.
This collection of favorite foods is due to my Taste Panel. Now I get another chance to say “thank you.”
