Freelance travel photographer Andrea Federici relies stunning photographs from the varied region of the Northern Spain. The guide covers all the northern country of Spain from east to west Spain. From Catalunya, trough the Pyrenees and the scorched plains of Aragon and Navarra, including the Basque Country, the green mountain of Cantabria and Asturias, as well as, La Rioja, Castilla y Leon and the marvellous coast of Galicia.
It is an uncommon photographing-travel guide to medieval villages, churches, cathedrals, coastline, whitewashed houses, patchwork fields with Roman ruins, art collections, museums and so much more to be found in this beautiful country with incredible landscapes.

I'm 38 years old and live in Rome. Photography is my passion and travel is a natural offshoot to my passion.
These are some of my best itineraries:
South Africa, Ireland & Scotland, USA (West Coast), NordWest USA & Canada, Mexico (Yucatán & Chiapas), Spain (North from Cataluna to Galicia), Tanzania, Paris, London, Budapest, Italy (many different regions).
I started serious photography in 2004 with my good old Minolta Dynax 5i who brought me a lot of joy and good moments. In these old days I used the Fuji Velvia 100 or Fuji Provia 100F slide film and scanning with my good old Nikon Coolscan V ED.
In 2003 I went to digital with a DSLR: Canon 20D. Now I only shoot RAW and work with Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Main fields of interest: urban landscapes / travel photography / wildlife.
