About the Book
This book is a documentation of artwork from the "search engine' series. In particular, the words illustrated herein have been generated from the Google internet search "your words make me feel".
Text results from this were then etched into ice blocks with black and brown ink. The ice and ink melted over time, dripping onto the wall, paper and canvas, breaking into different colors based on the paper chemistry and creating visual abstractions of the original text.
The imagery of the etched ice and ink drippings provide evidence of the process and speak to the temporal nature of language.
