I became fascinated with the history of Bowlus, the first riveted aluminum trailer, as I restored my 1935 Bowlus Road Chief #149.  My interest in Bowlus was sparked by his passion for vintage aerodynamic automobiles such as my Tatra T77a, T87 and Citroen DS.
