VerseVisions 2007 is a collection of some of Christian artist Mark Lawrence's most popular and inspiring paintings from 2007.
Mark began posting his work on a couple of popular photo sharing web sites so he could allow his friends and relatives to see why he was always so tired during the day. Soon word got out and his Yahoo Flickr site became a favorite browsing destination for hundreds of fellow insomniacs who enjoy his vivid and sometimes maniac abstract compositions.
Mark's works have been described “spiritual masterpieces”, “inspiring” and “on fire for God”. Most of his work is produced as open and limited edition high resolution large-format giclee canvas prints.
The bright colors and compelling compositions are usually the focal point of any room they occupy. Close examination of the work frequently reveals a variety of unexpected shapes, outlines and sometimes even Bible scripture imbedded in the swirls of forms and colors.
