About the Book
The children had been sleeping outside, on the streets or under tents since the earthquake.
Filmmaker and photographer Kevin OHanlon joined Haiti relief organization Life For The World at Maranatha where founder Michael Fedele has been supporting the children since 2002.
O'Hanlon along with artist Richard Laurent and the Life For The World team, brought canvasses and painting supplies to the orphanage and documented the children create their very first paintings.
This book captures that momentous occasion and pays tribute to the children's creative spirit and strength in supporting their community through their artistic abilities.
They are the generation who will rebuild Haiti.
