In September 2007 we took a trip spending:
1 day in Dublin
3 days in Riga
2 days in Vilnius
2 days in Helsinki
5 days in St. Petersburg
2 days in Tallinn
2 days in London
While on the trip, especially when in hotels that hadn't turned the heat on yet or in confined spaces with the hardly ever bathed Baltic people, we often felt like maybe we should have gone somewhere more westernized. But, in retrospect, we realize it was an experience that we look back on and remember the good times and uniqueness. We probably won't go to many of the places again - but we're definately glad we went (and glad to be living in the USA).
