This book is an attempt to share some of the magic I felt exploring Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia for the first time in 2007. I hope the photographs in this book convey the beauty of the land in which we traveled, and the wonderful spirit of the people we met along the way.
Join us as we begin our journey by exploring the majestic Grand Palace in the bustling city of Bangkok. Travel to the beautiful hills of northern Thailand with us, and spend a day as a volunteer caring for a park full of rescued elephants in their sanctuary.
Follow us to the remote northern regions of Vietnam as we watch the colorful local tribes meet once a week in their local markets. Share with us the contrast between the hubbub of Ha Noi, and the beautiful tranquil islands of Ha Long bay. Travel down the coast to the ancient city of Hue and the charming town of Hoi An.
Finally, travel with us to Cambodia where we see an extraordinary floating village and the breathtaking ancient temples of Angkor.
