About the Book
Our water has been running in circles for 4 billion years. In general, water travels in a continuous journey that takes it from the ocean, up into the sky as part of a cloud, back down to Earth as snow or rain, and then back to the ocean in a river or underground aquifer. The cycle can take minutes or millennia. This book of more than 90 stunning nature images takes you along on one of the oldest journeys on Earth.
