About the Book
This book explores one of the many struggles between a typical racist institution (MTA) and the working class citizens who use the bus system regularly. The book show what is typical of how the public is treated by big institutions that are legally accountable to it's customers. It is concluded in the book that MTA, the municipal transportation system in Los Angeles is both a racist and classist institution that does not care for it's working class passengers. Passengers that make up over eighty percent of the ridership in the whole system.
