About the Book
Norma and her kids live in the country near Austin, Texas. On the way to the store one day they saw a little puppy sleeping by the road. There were no houses, water or food around.
A week later they passed by the same place and the puppy was still there. They realized that someone had dropped it by the side of the road. They took the puppy home and when Norma went to visit her sister in Abilene she brought the puppy with her. Norma’s sister Lupina and her husband Jim adopted the puppy and named her Loba. The veterinarian determined that she is a German Sheppard - Border Collie mix, and is about 2 years old.
Jim and Lupina live on a large ranch and have many animals they take care of. Jim often goes on long walks around the ranch to exercise and relax, and Loba faithfully accompanies him every time. These walks average up to fifty miles per week. Walk With Loba is a visual documentary of one of these walks. I hope you enjoy the peacefulness of these images, and appreciate the perseverance of Loba.
