Matt Lombard was born September 2nd, 1969 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. With no formal training in the arts, he follows his heart and instincts as an artist. After performing as a musician for 12 years, he discovered his passion for black and white photography back in 1998. Over the past 10 years he has meshed his early influences with digital methods to flesh his visions. His projects include working with Cradle of Filth, Michael Ninn, Vasily Konstantin, Delirium Books, Sarah Deva Jezebel, Bile, Roadrunner Records, Charles Levi (TKK), Catalyst Press, Nocturne, Aesma Daeva, Voiceprint, Triple X Records, and many others. Recently completing his 3rd CD project with the U.K.’s dark industrial legends Attrition, 2007 now finds this artist in the realm of enlightenment with his latest series “The Trephining”.
