About the Book
In the end of May 2009, Christine and Joshua Peterson left their jobs, put their worldly posessions in a storage shed, married and drove north to Alaska. They spent the summer working at Chelatna Lake Lodge, a fly-in fishing lodge outside Denali National Park.
Three months later, they packed again to travel the Pan-American Highway from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, to Tierra del Fuego in the tip of South America. Jobless and free, they wondered just how long they could make a honeymoon last.
This book chronicles the adventures — good, bad and hopefully interesting — of the newly-wed couple in their year-long honeymoon.
