A physician, specialist in pediatric infectious diseases, I cared for hospitalized children for years, in Philadelphia, Michigan, and Arizona...and recently retired from clinical medicine. Always a photographer, I produced this book, which contains images from the last ten years. "I never wanted to be famous" celebrates these sick children, their families, their nurses and doctors,and their amazing courage and dignity.
