About the Book
Malta and Gozo, situated in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, are rich of natural and cultural landscapes forged by different people. Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Spanish left evident traces of splendour, richness and ravage. A short travel on these two wonderful islands: crossing breathtaking sea views, chalky rocks, carved and shaped by winds and seawater during the last thirty millions years. Different forms of natural saltworks, reminding craters, give to the landscape a moonlike face. Kind and industrious people flavour the Maltese islands in a spicy way, so that they are regarded very highly and appreciated by tourists who find in these places the right dimension between Ancient and Modern features.
