Call of the Maestro - a film commissioned by Reita Gadkari.

Five years in the making, this documentary feature film, by award-winning Director Lou Hamilton and Director of Photography Paul Lang, is a fascinating journey across India in an exploration of Indian Classical Music, its Maestros and disciples.

This book is an expression of that journey as documented by Lou’s still photographs and journal notes.

The film won Best Humanitarian Screenplay (documentary) at Monaco International Film Festival Angel Film Awards and is currently in the Official Selection for the Byron Bay International Film Festival Australia, the Women's International Film & Arts Festival in Miami and New Hope international Film Festival USA.

"Your film is nothing short of fantastic. It indeed touches the soul and your craftsmanship is superb” Doug Whipple, Chairman of the New Hope International Film Festival USA

“I would like to first congratulate you on your joyous film! Both Yvonne and I watched your film and we knew right away it was perfect for screening at our festival.” Estrella Eguino Women’s International Film & Arts Festival Fl USA
