About the Book
Catalog of The California Contemporary Art Collective (CCAC) public art project at the historic Warnors Theater in downtown Fresno, California. Artists in the collective each presented 14 paintings or drawings in the 9-foot high windows of the theater for two-month periods during May 2009 to July 2010. The catalog contains photographs of all windows along with candid shots and narrative. The catalog includes essays by Gina Strumwasser, PhD (faculty of CSUFresno Art History department) and by Jacqueline Pilar, past curator of Fresno Art Museum
