About the Book
Takashi is an eight year old kid living in Japan now. He doesn't really remember about his real name when he was still living in the United States, because now he is known as "Takashi".
He might be a good kid but there are still flaws about him that makes him different from the other kids. The birthmark over his right eye is a reminder that he is special. He is also hot-headed at times, but overall he is a good kid.
At school he is not so popular because he is new to the area, and he is much different than the other kids. He manages however, to make one good friend . . . a girl named Masami.
Soon his happiness was about to end when his parents were both murdered by a strange guy who was not even from this world!
Eventually he meets a small old man who teaches him to become a sword fighter or Samar. His quest to find the man who murdered his parents leads him down a path to save the new world from terror.
