This book emerged as an organic expression of something special and magical that moves through me, which has its deepest intentions rooted in my own healing and the healing of others. I like to think that these words form the script to powerful feelings and energies I experience in this body. This sense of connection I feel to others translates into this transpersonal gesture of words. Like life, each piece is a ride, for me, for you, for all of us. Together. Sharing this experience of waking up a sacred and transformational awareness is foundational in healing the wounds in our hearts, in our neighborhoods, and in our world. In my spare time, I have a private somatic (body-oriented) psychotherapy practice, a therapeutic bodywork pracitce, and I teach yoga classes in Marin County. I have had a meditation and yoga practice since 1994 and as long as I am alive, the words will continue to write themselves as this journey through birth and death unfold.
