About the Book
Tashi, a Bishon Frise' living in San Francisco, struggles with an identity crisis and an addiction to heroin:-
Later I realized it was an identity thing that drove me to it—a crisis I guess you’d call it—my meatball sized body covered in fluffy-white fur and it belonging to a darker and not so fluffy mind as it is, me seeing the world from eighteen inches off the ground with hubcaps, trashcans, knees, cats being my perspective and only seeing what’s up if I crane my neck, and when I do how it’s often some bloated face with a sickening smile looking down saying something with ‘cute’ in it and spit spraying me on the hard 't'.
And her friends are mysteriously dying off one by one. Is it murder? While trying to deal with these disturbing events she discovers that Leroy, the dog she's in love with, is a gaynine, and that he too is dying. Can this little, fluffy-white ball get off the white horse and get it together before they all die?
