The Pride often refers to London as a town. Those who were born there call it London Pride, or just plain 'The Pride'. But this book isn't just about photography, or London; it's also about poetry. Not the heavy duty stuff, but the kind that amuses and inspires, yet is often seen and forgotten as we get on with our busy lives. If you read just one poem a week for the rest of your life you will surely be blessed. Using my photography to illustrate the poems in this small book was a great way to rekindle my own schoolboy interest in these solid works as well as give my photography some meaning. If you buy this book I am sure you will get as much pleasure from reading it and looking at the pictures as I got from compiling it.
