About the Book
This book features a selection from the rings that I created for the 2010 Ring-a-Day project, using a variety of materials, such as leaves, seedpods, paper, thread, fabric, found objects, fruits and vegetables.
Some of the rings employed traditional metalsmithing techniques but the majority was made by cutting, folding, pasting and stitching materials found in the surrounding environment.
