A selection of photographs taken on travels in Southern Africa, Alaska and Antarctica 2004 - 2008. Most photos were taken in the Kgalagadi transfrontier park and the Kruger national park in South Africa, in the Katmai national park in Alaska (lots of brown bears fishing for salmon!), during a mushing trip near Nome, and on the Antarctic peninsula (when I attended a workshop hosted by Canadian photographer Michael Reichmann).
