About the Book
Arlene Rush, an internationally renowned artist, has exhibited extensively throughout the US and Europe. In 1988, she was awarded a grant for a one month sponsorship to Barcelona, Spain, which resulted in a show at the Port of History Museum in Philadelphia. Currently, she has work in a multi media exhibition honoring the 10th anniversary of 9/11, Loft in the Red Zone at the Historic House of J.P. Morgan in NY.
Arlene's work is included in various collections among which are: MOMA, UK; MUBE, Brazil; Golden Artist Paint, NY; ARCO Chemical, PA; CFEVA, PA; Library of Congress, DC; Joe Baio, NY; and Paul Zoubok Gallery, NY. Reviewed in The New York Times, Rheinische Post, Stadtmagazin, Aktuell, The New Yorker and Newsday, her art is recognized as a creature of its era - a time of sameness in diversity.
She lives and works in New York City.
