Peter McNiff, writer, broadcaster and photographer was a print journalist before moving to television as an investigative reporter, producer, director, anchor and programme editor. He has made several hundred documentary films, and current affairs programmes with RTÉ, and in collaboration with Channel 4 and BBC. Born in Manchester, England he lives in County Wicklow, Ireland. He is a member of Kilmantin Arts and the Irish Railway Records Society.
