This book is really only a beginning. For I'm sure there are many more volumes just waiting to see the light of day. There are so many abandoned places and possessions out there decorating the American landscape. Capturing them through the lens of my camera is bound to be a life-long pursuit. Thus, the photos in this first volume simply scratch the surface.
My goal is to bring imagery to the viewer in a manner that faithfully captures the art and spirit of these scenes -- warts and all!
