In the summer of 2006, White Sands and Hidalgo County in New Mexico saw more rain than in any year since 1941.
Photographer, Teresa Neptune has captured the magnificent yet disturbing reality of a flooded desert, brilliant New Mexico skies reflected on the desert floor - water where it should not be.
