Howard Porter was born in Central South Carolina. He traveled to many exotic places with the Air force then retired to work for the State of Michigan and run a hobby farm in Rudyard Michigan. When he retired from the State of Micigan and farming, he moved back to his old boyhood stomping grounds above Central S.C. in the Mountains of the Upstate, where he continues to aggravate many who know and love him.
