America has taken drastic measures to survive by setting up three city-states in the Middle East. Eventually the city-states become enemies and fight over the remaining oil. One of the city-states discover a place hidden away and long forgotten that's said to hold a power source even better than oil and attempt to keep it secret but the other two city-states find out about this through information leak and plans are set into motion.
