"The Loop" is a pictorial (along with a little commentary) account of my backpacking trip to the Elk Mountains of Colorado with three friends. We hiked the 26-mile loop trail through the Maroon Bells--Snowmass Wilderness. The trail meanders through four mountain passes and offers scenic views few have the opportunity to see.
