One day, back in 2003, while surfing the web, I came across a site that made a claim that sounded too good to be true. It said that I could EASILY create 3D computer generated landscapes, and even make movies of the worlds I create. I had never been interested in making 3D computer generated worlds before, so I don't really know what inspired me to buy the software. The price was not too bad, considering all the things this web site said the software could do. Once the disc and manual arrived, I did a little reading, loaded the disc onto my hard drive, and immediately started making wonderful images. This book includes samples of digital landscapes I've developed. I hope these renderings are as enjoyable for you to view as they were for me to create.
