As the Kotuku ( the Maori name for this bird ) was the emblem of Otahuhu College.
Here are the resultant images which gained two successful Fellowships. Two sets of 18 Digital Natural History images for the Photographic Society of N.Z. Honours system.
One set pertaining to the Fishing & Feeding techniques of this species. The other set from the Courtship and Nest behaviour, of feeding a young Egret.
