About the Book
This book is about the florist Francis and his passion with flowers.
“Flowers for me are symbolic of all the things in corporeal life which I adore: colour (every colour under the sun), beauty (it doesn't last that long, that's why we appreciate it so much), sex (flowers are plants sexual organs), and scent (the most primal of human senses). So, being a florist is an opportunity to express my appreciation of all these qualities in an art form. Everything I make is an art piece for me, and an expression of my gratitude and love of flowers. They make me happy and others too.” (Rushby, Francis)
