With this book, I try to express my own and personal vision about bodypainting.
There are some aspects, which are very important for me in this work: first of all surely a sensual, physical one. But as the soul follows the body, I think there is more behind.
By painting a human body in an abstract and spontaneous way, feelings can be transmitted directly. This makes the process a natural act.
Nevertheless, during this more or less conscious procedure, there appear symbols, patterns and structures, which begin to live on and through the human body, they are melting together with the vivid human canvas.
That is the point, where the circle of meaning and expression for me is closed. Creative energy is set free, and starts to flow.
