About the Book
Descr. Hardcover. Dressing Camille celebrates the geography of birth and place, and a wedding after the fact. A father, about to become grandfather, embraces the journey of home-making and self-discovery alongside his daughter.
The book asks all the big questions and provides answers with compassion and emotional wit: what the world looks like; how it works; what the world promises; and how that promise gets fulfilled. It’s a story-essay wrapped in a poetic guise through which the author reaches for a bit of insight into the character of reality alongside the anticipation of birth.

Dale McNutt
Pittsburgh, PA 15219
Writer/Artist/Designer—Dale McNutt grew up in Western Pennsylvania, and now lives in Uptown—a transitional urban neighborhood perched on a bluff high above the Monongahela River in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He lives and works with his wife, Jeanne, former Executive Director of Uptown Partners. They surround themselves with as many youthful “change-makers” as they can — young entrepreneurs, designers and product developers — in a 13,000 sf renovated building that’s both studio and home, and home to StartUptown/Avenu/now named 5thAVE STUDIO —urban incubator and co-working site for technology and social innovation — helping to ensure success for early-stage startup businesses, coworkers, and community redevelopment.
