About the Book
The photos in this book are the result of the trips that I made in 2008. They cover places like Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Enchanted Rock, Austin, Columbus, Winklemann, Giddings, Cameron, Magnolia, Rosebud, Borden, Galveston, Navasota, Plantersville, and more. Some photos were not even taken in any town proper, but rather just off on the side of a road in the middle of nowhere.

About the Creator
Tracy Carlson Photography
Houston, TX, USA
Tracy Carlson is a seventh generation Texan. The natural beauty and scenic diversity of the American Southwest is one of her main inspirations and can be seen throughout her work, even when she's photographing places like New York, Rome, or the open road. Her dramatic representations of everyday life highlight the beauty in the ordinary world, and her passion for turning forgotten places into fine art is what sets her work apart.
