Gale Franey has been creating digital art illustrations, graphics, web design, and Flash since 2001. She creates art by combining digital photography then utilizing techniques using Photoshop and a digital tablet . Her digital illustrations are featured in several children's books available from www.flattenme.com. She is currently creating personalized children's cards. Her blog features her latest projects, including several digital art tutorials. www.galefraney.wordpress.com Before launching her art career, Gale worked extensively with refugees and the homeless in her job at the YMCA. It is those immensely rich experiences that have shaped her ideas and influenced her style of art and design.
