About the Book
Vida is a six-year old girl that is afraid of moths. One day her parents take her to see Dr. Ada, a child psychologist that explains her that moths are beautiful and harmless creatures. Vida learns that people are afraid of things they don’t know, and that in order to love something, you have to get to know it first. That evening, Dad and Mom catch moths and put them in a crystal jar, so Vida can watch them and get to know them. How does Vida overcome her fear of moths and learn to love them?
