I am a third generation latino who is blessed to have such a rich heritage and history. I feel that we have forgotten how we got here and strive to give credit where credit is due. My grandfather came to the valley of son in the early 1900's and had faith that God would help him and many others in this life. He gave back to south phoenix by building a Spanish style catholic mission which gives hope to this day.
