Welcome to Italy through my eyes.
I try to take photos of things that others might not have noticed, or taken note of. It's difficult coming from a place where the culture is only a few hundred years old, then traveling somewhere that has a culture thousands of years old, and then trying to make sense of it.
Walking through the cities and small towns of Italy, I became fascinated with the rich and powerful textures of this old and beautiful land. The doors of these homes are of special significance. They are the openings into the life that is shielded from the eyes of the browsing tourist.
I went for the Formula one race at Monza
and came back with so much more...
