Born and raised in Texas, Victor joined the US Air Force in 1986. In the June of 1991, he began a series of events that would change his life forever. Starting with witnessing the eruption of Mount Pinatubo, the next few years would see him go through divorce, depression, and homelessness. Then in 1993, he met his future wife in Omaha.This proved to be the catalyst for him to get back on his feet and rebuild his life. He is the proud father of three wonderful daughters.
