Formed by Laurel Fiszer as a place for female self-portrait artists to share and discuss their art and experiences, the Female Self-Portrait Artists’ Support Group has blossomed as an inspirational and nurturing online meeting place for over 1,200 emerging and established self-portrait artists to interact.

Whether recording honest portrayals of personal stories or embodying characters in their own fictional narratives, the members of the FSPASG enjoy having ultimate control over their images as photographers, subjects, editors and exhibitors.
