About the Book
INTO THE LIGHT, takes you on a journey to a country that has undergone tremendous social and economic change from the early days of the 1990’s when groups like "Shining Path" and "Tupac Amaru" threatened to bring down the country, to its’ resurgence today as one of the brightest jewels in South America. From the desert coast of the Pacific to the High Andes, look into the "Faces of Peru" and see the strength and resilience of a people made strong by invading explorers and the blood of the Inca, and shaped by a landscape like no other on Earth.
Feel the emotion of a nation that in little more that 150 miles can take you from the dries desert on the planet to some of the highest mountains on Earth, and in a heart beat bring you to the head waters of the Amazon.
